Taken over in June of 2014 by Brian & Amanda Barker, we are a family run country pub with a beautiful varied menu designed by Head Chef, Thomas Curtis, and his number two, Jules Kirby. A superb supporting team, which you'll find more about later , have helped put our small pub on the map! Nestled nicely between Burford & Witney, and just 40 minutes from Oxford (on a good day), in the historic village of Minster Lovell in rural Oxfordshire. We are perfect for a one stop pit stop to refuel or a long leisurely evening at the dinner table. With a large selection of both bottled and draught beers, including some rather special British craft samples, as we strive to keep the much sought after "pub feel" while offering a touch of class and sophistication with our snug country style dining room. A small offering of wine is available also!
