Frank opened his Restaurant back in March 2003. It had been a dream since training as a chef in the Royal Navy to own his own Restaurant.

Cheddar was at the time missing that “somewhere special” to go for a treat or a celebration so he was inspired to create that “somewhere” without the need for people to travel into the major towns nearby. Today, things have changed a little in Cheddar and we now have a variety of eating places, but still believe that we offer something different from anybody else.
