Walking through the main entrance there is a large bar area where customers are welcome to eat and drink with well-behaved dogs.

The Fortescue Arms is a family-run free house, restaurant and B&B located a short drive from the world acclaimed sandy award-winning Woolacombe Beach in North Devo. "The Forte" is renowned for its delicious carvery and hearty menu of freshly prepared food. We offer an ever-changing but varied lunch and dinner menu, a children's menu, and a blackboard offering daily specials. Leading from the bar area there are dedicated restaurant areas over two tiers and the ever busy carvery is a large secure sunny beer garden at the rear.
