Britannia Thai - Brockenhurst
Thai restaurant.
Brockenhurst is a picturesque village, set in the heart of the stunning New Forest National Park.
Our highly experienced Thai Chefs have sourced traditional recipes, and ingredients from all over Thailand.
Surrounded by the outstanding natural beauty of the Forest, on any visit you will almost certainly encounter many of our animal residents, such as New Forest Ponies, Highland Cattle (with the big horns) or families of donkeys! First time visitors are often amazed to see our animal friends walking freely down the road, without a care in the world! Brockenhurst has excellent road and rail links. In fact Brockenhurst Railway Station is a main line station, with direct trains between London Waterloo (1 hour 40) and Weymouth. It is literally a 5 minute walk to our restaurant from the station. If you are looking for a great day out, why not catch the train to Brockenhurst, hire a bike (bike hire literally next to station) have a days cycling and exploring, on miles of ‘off road’ bike trails in the Forest, and then finish off the perfect day with a wonderful authentic Thai meal. If you are travelling by car, parking is very easy. There is a lot of free street parking, however, even at busier times there are a number of car parks. The nearest car park to us is at the station. All dishes are cooked fresh, and to order, so please be patient. On Fridays, weekends, and Bank Holidays we strongly advice booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Our lunch menu includes our Thai Tapas range of dishes with quick turn around for diners in a hurry.
