Andalucia was opened in 1988 by Manuel Quirosa and his wife Susan; Manuel hailing from Sacromonte (Granada) at the heart of Andalucia. Their original aim was to bring some of that zestful Spanish style cooking right here to Sussex, and this remains our passion today. We look forward to welcoming you
