Sourced from Hertfordshire’s award-winning butchers “Trussel’s” we offer different cuts, cooked in different ways, all served with seasonal accompaniments and amazing sauces. In house we make our own bread and create all our own stocks and sauces. Nothing on the menu is out of place and it is all completely relevant to our coal based theme and compliments our seasonally changing starters and desserts that ‘wow’… all made in-house too - of course!
