A few years ago, funding was awarded for building a recovery hub in Cambridge, a working café open to the public but with a recovery-based focus. The café forms a visible, public-facing demonstration of the possibility of recovery from substance misuse, generating opportunities for people in recovery and the wider community. Situated on the site of Brookfields Hospital, on our walls you'll find a different artist in residence each month, and throughout the week we provide a comprehensive programme of workshops and music, spoken word, and interactive events that are open to all.
