Dining at the Imperial is a special experience. Since being awarded our 2 AA Rosettes, our fabulous chefs have really raised the bar, with a tastebud tantalising menu that makes the most of local produce and seasonal ingredients, mixing textures and flavours to produce delicious dishes. The menu features exquisite fish and melt-in-your-mouth meat, as well as imaginative vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free meals. Our carefully curated accompanying wine list has been hand-picked by the hotel proprietor, Nick, and we're happy to make a recommendation if you fancy something a little bit different.
