The Wellington

Feltwell.

Great reputation for serving excellent quality beers, on regular rotation, from local breweries.

A warm welcome awaits you at The Wellington Pub and Restaurant where Chris and Chris, who have been friends since they met at Bangor University, are the landlords.

The pub is located in the centre of the village of Feltwell, in South West Norfolk and is housed in a building which has had a varied history, including being a village stores. Some parts of the building date from 1730, with period features including an inglenook and unusual green marble fireplace. The Wellington was opened in March 2014, after extensive refurbishment, renovation and being given the new name. The name was chosen to remember the Wellington Planes which were stationed at R.A.F. Feltwell during WW2 and there is an extensive collection of authentic memorabilia and artwork on show throughout the pub. The whole family will find a friendly welcome at The Wellington. Chris and Chris are passionate about looking after their ales and have a great reputation for serving excellent quality beers, on regular rotation, from a wide variety of local breweries. Almost 1000 different beers and ciders from over 200 producers have passed through our pipes since 2014. In addition The Landlords have helped develop three beers exclusively produced for The Wellington by John Nash at Two Rivers Brewery, Denver. For those who prefer something other than beer, the Bar at The Wellington is well stocked with lagers, ciders, a wide range of spirits, a carefully selected wine list, non alcoholic spirits, cider and soft drinks, plus freshly brewed coffee and tea, so there is something to suit everyone. Chris and Chris look forward to meeting you soon.
