Gilbert’s is a genuinely stylish little bar and restaurant with a private beer garden and a food menu that’s damn hard to resist (not least because it’s excellent value). On Buxton’s High Street, Gilbert’s is still a relatively new setup, but you wouldn’t know it.Gilbert’s also makes use of a cooling system that means the beer is always as cold and fresh as possible.
