Are you being served? Bacco Lounge was originally built as a nineteenth century department store; which could explain our cosy lounge-like rooms off the light and airy main bar. Or not. Either way, we’ve got a pretty little courtyard out the back and an upstairs air-conditioned dining area replete with fabulous original floor-to-ceiling windows: one of the earliest examples of shopfront glazing in the country, fact fans. John Lewis eat your heart out. What is it that people love best about Lounging? Is it the food? The cocktails? Our lovely staff? Or the photo of the old boy on an airbed in his pants?
