The Stackpole Inn Restaurant

A WARM WELCOME AT THE INN

Locally sourced Pembrokeshire meats

The Stackpole Inn is a place to enjoy lunch and evening meals, catering for any taste and dining experience.

The importance of local provenance runs through our menu, but it is on the weekly changing specials board where our Head Chef - Matt Waldron, really gets to showcase the range of fish that Welsh waters can offer. Matt has cultivated strong relationships with farmers and works closely with small local suppliers which gives him the ability to handpick the produce to ensure it's the best he can get his hands on. From running Michelin star restaurants and countless AA rosettes, Matt has joined us highlighting the importance of a strong relationship with our suppliers, hitting the gound running with some showstopping dishes. The most popular seasonal dish for the regular customers must be the -Signature Dish- which is the pan roasted lamp rump of Welsh lamb (served pink) with pearl barley, charred onions, wild garlic (from Stackpole village), baby carrots (from Ritec Valley Organics in Penally or Wisebuys in Pembroke) and homemade lamb jus.
