The menu varies with the season and picks up on current trends. The Stratford Hotel menu takes inspiration from timeless British favourites, with other European classics also featuring. Tuck into schnitzel with mash, red cabbage and bacon, or sea bass with red peppers and paprika potatoes. There are also hand-pressed burger, and a range of premium, regionally sourced steaks. All the traditional treats are served on the The Stratford afternoon tea menu, and come beautifully presented. To start, there are delicate finger sandwiches with gourmet fillings, moving on to home-baked plain and sultana scones served with Cornish clotted cream and red berry preserves. A selection of expertly prepared desserts are also included at The Stratford in Stratford-upon-Avon, such as mixed macarons and dark chocolate delice with brandy snap tuile. As well as selection of loose leaf teas, diners can opt for glasses of champagne and prosecco, and even signature cocktails to add another level of indulgence to their meal.
