As well as exclusively using solid fuel to cook, each pizza is flash cooked in just 90 seconds in an authentic clay oven. Furthermore, the dough is fermented for 72 hours, simultaneously allowing for the maximum breakdown of all gluten chains & an increase in protein content. Barbarossa has a fully licensed bar also.
