Welcome to The Brasserie. We’re open all week for delicious breakfasts, satisfying lunches and rather indulgent afternoon teas . Or you can just pop in for a coffee and a slice of home made cake.

The Brasserie restaurant in Settle offers a relaxed and welcoming ambience (and deeply comfortable chairs). For us it’s all about the food – fresh, local, seasonal and prepared with an eye for playful and inventive new combinations: all from our open kitchen – come and have a look! Our menu is different from other restaurants and we try to change things up on a regular basis, classic modern British with a twist, and we pride ourselves on sourcing as locally as possible. We really are passionate about every detail. We cure our own salt beef (from local Dales cows), smoke our own salmon, and bake all our own bread and cakes fresh each morning in the restaurant. We’ll forage for wild garlic, sweet talk local farmers into selling us their best beasts and scour the area for exciting new produce and ideas, this is what makes us one of the best and most unique restaurants in Settle, close to The Yorkshire Dales. The Brasserie is located in The Courtyard, a beautiful barn conversion just south of Settle on the A65. The Courtyard is home to a handful of independent businesses including; Dalesbred stunning hand crafted furniture, Abraham Moon & Co’s beautiful Yorkshire wool accessories, The Lime Gallery’s carefully created display of artworks and handmade gifts and our own partner in Wine, Buon Vino.
