We are a family friendly free-house with real ales, great food and eight letting rooms, just on the outskirts of the village of Giggleswick, famous for it’s school and chapel.

The Craven arms is the perfect base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and The Forest of Bowland. Within easy reach of Horton-in Ribblesdale, popular as the starting point for guests taking up The Three Peaks Challenge. Other popular activities include mountain biking, road bike touring, caving, climbing and paragliding. Supported by two rail links, Giggleswick and Settle, featuring the world famous Settle to Carlisle line. Dine in our spacious restaurant or cosy bar and enjoy locally sourced food from traditional British to more contemporary dishes, but always with a Yorkshire accent. Since July 2019 we are now connected to the " The World's Fastest Rural Broadband" giving our guests free broadband during a visit to the hotel, restaurant or bar. We always have a choice of craft beers from local breweries including Bowland, Dark Horse and Settle Brewery, which produce many award winning ales.
