The Nags Head Inn is in the beautiful Scalby village nestled between the Scarbourough coast and North Yorkshire Moors.

We are a stones throw away from the Whitby to Scarborough Trailway, and offer a perfect stop off on your travels to see the local sights. We serve cask ales, from Tetleys and Black Sheep to a range of Guest beers as well as having an extensive gin and whisky menu and prosecco on tap. Throughout the year we offer live music from local bands, fundraising events and regular pub quizzes. Scalby is the home to the annual Scalby charity walk (Easter), and the week long Scalby Fair, where The Nags is at the heart of the fun. We have monthly food nights, themed on various cuisines from around the world. The menu for these can be located on the food tab. The events are usual hosted on the first Wednesday of each month and start at 14.95 per person for two courses. We source all our ingredients locally and responsibly, from growing our own veggies to having our pub herb garden. We can cater for groups, parties and events. So get yourself down here and have a good time. Children and dogs are welcome and we also have seating out front and in the beer garden out the back.
