Trinacria is run by Giuseppe Lombardo (Beppe) who has many years of experience in catering establishments both here in the UK and in Italy. He is looking forward to introducing visitors and residents of York to the delicious cuisine from the island of Sicily. Head Chef Gary Calpin has over 20 years experience working in Italian restaurants. He comes to Trinacria with an ambition to expand his knowledge and lead an excellent team. Pastry Chef Giuseppe Pugliares has come from Sicily to produce magnificent cakes and sweet treats for your enjoyment. Here at Trinacria we consistently adhere to high standards of quality and service. Our staff are our most important resource and we value them highly.
