Open Tuesday to Friday during term time, our Apprentice Restaurant, is where our Professional Cookery and Hospitality students learn their craft.

Serving to the general public, our students cook and serve under the guidance of trained professionals ensuring that they deliver a high-quality service and leave the College ready to work in some of the top restaurants and catering venues across the country. Our students work with the finest ingredients and fresh local produce to create exciting new menus every week.
