The Holly Tree Seafood Restaurant, described by many as the finest in the Highlands, has a glass wall facing the Loch where you may sit and watch the sun go down beyond the mountains in the west. There is also a large selection of whiskies and fine cognacs to complete the masterful culinary experience. A real log fire, which is often lit and kept stoked by our guests, in the centre of the restaurant is the finishing touch to the ambience and ensures the absolute eating experience. We have a specialised commercial charcoal grill and this is used extensively to ensure that meats and fishes are superbly prepared resulting in a truly exceptional dining experience.
