Our two and three-course menus change daily and the food is freshly prepared, with an emphasis on local and seasonal produce. Food is prepared by our professional cookery students and served by our hospitality students. By training in a real environment, our students gain the hands on experience they need to hit the ground running when they leave Inverness College UHI. The restaurant is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for lunch during term-time only, October to May.
