From our newly designed, purpose-built kitchens, we serve exquisite dishes using mindfully sourced, local ingredients from Cornwall and the South West. And the most surprising thing? It’s run entirely by our Professional Cookery and Professional Food and Beverage students, who gain valuable experience whilst working towards their qualifications. Spires Restaurant is located in the Allen Building of Truro College with its dedicated car park. We’re open for bookings from 12 to 1.15 pm, Monday to Friday, and on Tuesday evenings from 6.00 pm to 7.30 pm. (Term time only) Additionally, Spires can cater to functions of up to 50 people, making it a great choice for lunches or large celebrations. We also host Christmas Party evenings, and special themed evenings throughout the year, as well as ever-popular Jazz Evenings. The restaurant is fully licensed and serves a selection of fine wines, craft beers, spirits, and soft drinks.
