The Ship Inn

Public House

The Ship nestles in the picturesque fishing village of Portloe and is full of character.

This is a small, friendly pub in an attractive working fishing village, featuring old village photographs. Home-cooked food includes locally-caught fish.

The Ship Inn was built in the 17th century as a fisherman's cottage and became a public house at the turn of the last century. The pub is in a tucked away position only 5 minutes from the sea, with a peaceful beer garden overlooking the wooded valley and trickling stream that runs by. There are 3 cosy bedrooms above and there is also convenient off street parking available.
