Abdul, a name that’s been known in Daventry since 1992, a restaurant with a unique old and new heritage and all in a comfortable and casual setting. Since 1992, diners from Daventry and further afield have been visiting Abdul and Sal which shows the long standing name we have made for ourselves all to the gratitude to the friends and customers we have made in Daventry over this period. Behind Abdul’s success is not just the culinary experience he and his long serving team offers but to the friends and customers who take the time and effort to visit him in a relaxed yet buzzing atmosphere. Abdul and Sal over the past two decades have made a lasting impact to the residents of Daventry and friends and guests further afield. From the New India Cottage restaurant, opened in 1992 on Warwick Street, Daventry to the current premise’s known as Abdul’s on the High Street, where they took turns in the kitchen and dining room, they had one dream to provide an experience for friends and guests to enjoy coming back time after time. Our cuisine is of Old favorite traditional and New Fusion cooking to provide the vast variety of tastes of each individual. Dishes can be made off the menu from recommendations from Abdul and Sal themselves. As well as some of their signature dishes which they have created themselves over 50 years between them both. To this day they still are innovating and introducing new variety of dishes. Last but not least our overwhelming and loyal Takeaway friends and customers, who like to enjoy their meals delivered to their door steps or for collection, have been supportive for many years.
