The Hare and Hounds is a traditional country pub serving homemade, good food on selected nights of the week. By using locally sourced ingredients where possible and serving simple pub favourites we believe we have got the formula right when it comes to quality and price. Tuesday - Pie Night! Enjoy a homemade pie with mash potato or chips and vegetables AND a pint or glass of house wine for only £10 Thursday - Steak Night, 2 Rump steaks and a bottle of wine for £25 or 2 fillet steaks and a bottle of wine for £30 Friday - Fish and Chips! Beer battered cod and handcut chips with mushy peas AND a pint or glass of house wine for £8 Starters and desserts also available.
