OUR FISH All the fish we have sourced only come from sustainable waters and certified by the Marine Stewardship Counsel who promote and recognise sustainable fishing practices. Our fish is delivered daily, then cooked directly from fresh, not frozen. This may take 15 minutes to prepare, but you will receive the most tender fish to enjoy. OUR CHIPS Our supplier hand-picks our chipping potatoes for us every week. We only use Grade One potatoes, from the best of British farms producing the most fluffiest of chips. Making great tasting pies for 12 years and only uses 100% free range British meat and the finest fresh ingredients.
