A warm and cosy atmosphere, with log fires for the winter and a lovely garden for summer days.

Great selection of drinks to suit everyone and food that is local, freshly cooked and recommended by the Good Pub Guide 2015.

Dishes range from the eclectic spicy Tanzanian fish stew (Anna hails from East Africa originally), to old classics like faggots and mash or crispy beer-battered fish and chips. Our bubble & squeak is a must for those in the know ! On Sunday we serve a traditional roast with all the trimmings, as well as our usual a la carte menu.
